Fulfillment Policy

At Great Purpose Foundation (“we,” “our,” “us”), we are committed to delivering our programs, services, and resources with integrity, compassion, and efficiency. This Fulfillment Policy outlines how we provide assistance, engage volunteers, and manage donations to ensure transparency and trust with our community.

1. Scope of Services

We provide a variety of community-based services and programs, including:

  • Emergency assistance such as food, clothing, and essential supplies.

  • Community outreach and engagement events.

  • Support services including mentorship, resource referrals, and guidance.

Each program is subject to available resources and is delivered in alignment with our mission to support individuals and families in need.

2. Service Delivery

  • Assistance Programs: Resources are distributed either directly to individuals and families or through community partners.

  • Volunteer Engagement: Volunteer roles are assigned based on organizational needs, skillsets, and availability.

  • Donations & Contributions: Monetary donations are used to fund programs, while in-kind donations are distributed to beneficiaries or used in outreach initiatives.

3. Timelines

  • Assistance requests are reviewed within 5–10 business days of submission, subject to urgency and available resources.

  • Volunteer applications are processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Donation acknowledgments are typically sent within 5 business days of receipt.

4. Recipient & Participant Responsibilities

To ensure smooth delivery of services, we ask that beneficiaries, volunteers, and partners:

  • Provide accurate information when applying for assistance or volunteering.

  • Respond promptly to communication from our team.

  • Adhere to any program-specific guidelines.

5. Changes & Modifications

We reserve the right to modify program details, timelines, or availability based on funding, resources, and community needs.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Donations: All donations are non-refundable but will be allocated to support our mission.

  • Volunteer Commitments: If unable to fulfill a scheduled volunteer shift, we request at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Program Participation: Failure to meet eligibility requirements may result in cancellation of assistance.
