At Life After Trauma Foundation, we are dedicated to ensuring that all donations, grants, and resources entrusted to us are used responsibly and effectively to fulfill our mission. This Fulfillment Policy outlines how our programs, services, and commitments are delivered to our beneficiaries, partners, and supporters.
1. Service Delivery
Our primary services include grant making, advocacy & public awareness, and capacity building & technical support.
Services are provided according to program guidelines, funding availability, and community needs.
We work closely with grantees, partners, and communities to ensure timely and effective delivery of resources and support.
2. Grant Fulfillment
Grants are awarded through an application and review process based on eligibility criteria set forth in each program.
Approved grants will be distributed within the timelines communicated in the award letter or agreement.
Grantees are required to use funds as outlined in their proposals and to report on outcomes as agreed.
3. Advocacy & Awareness Fulfillment
Advocacy efforts, campaigns, and awareness initiatives are carried out as scheduled and communicated via our website, events, and outreach channels.
We commit to providing accurate, timely, and transparent information to the public and stakeholders.
4. Capacity Building & Technical Support
Training, workshops, and technical assistance programs will be scheduled and delivered as communicated to participants.
Materials, toolkits, or resources promised during such programs will be provided electronically or in print, as applicable.
5. Donor Fulfillment
Donors will receive confirmation of their donations, including receipts for tax purposes (where applicable).
Donors who opt into newsletters or updates will receive regular updates on how their contributions are being used to support trauma recovery and community building.
6. Refunds & Adjustments
As outlined in our Donation & Refund Policy, donations are generally non-refundable.
Exceptions (such as duplicate transactions or unauthorized payments) are handled on a case-by-case basis.
7. Commitment to Transparency
We are committed to transparency and accountability in all areas of fulfillment. Annual reports, impact stories, and financial statements will be made available on our website or upon request to demonstrate how resources are used to advance our mission.
